Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing subject matter expertise and competency support to project teams, ensuring their work aligns with Agile methodologies.
• Moderating project meetings when necessary.
• Improving the product development process.
• Assisting in the removal of blockers and effectively addressing issues.
• Supporting smooth communication among team members and collaborating with individuals in various project roles.
• Managing project risks, issues, and changes.
• Preparing task completion reports, setting and tracking performance metrics.

Key competencies and experience required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of IT Project Manager.
• Practical knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies (such as PRINCE2, PSM I, AgilePM, SAFe, Scrum) validated by certificates.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Risk assessment abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under stress and time constraints.
• Knowledge of the IT environment.
• Openness to acquiring and sharing knowledge.
• Fluency in English is a must.
