Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using HireClover (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• “Listing” — a job posting aggregated from a third-party source and displayed on the Service.
• “Source” — the external website or employer from which a Listing originates.
• “Content” — text, data, graphics and other materials on the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

4. The Service

HireClover aggregates and displays Listings from Sources and links you to the original posting. We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency or agent for any Listing, and we do not participate in hiring decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, copy, resell or redistribute Listings or data except as expressly permitted;
• disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or harmful purposes;
• misrepresent your identity or post misleading content through any Service feature.

6. Job listings and third-party content

Listings originate from Sources and remain their responsibility. We do not create, verify, endorse or guarantee any Listing’s accuracy, legitimacy, availability, salary or outcome. Your dealings with any employer or Source are solely between you and them. See our Disclaimer.

7. Intellectual property

The HireClover name, logo, design and original Content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Listing content remains the property of its Source. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

8. Third-party links

The Service contains links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and access is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireClover and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service or any Listing. The Service is free to use, so our total liability for any claim will not exceed EUR 100 (one hundred euros).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireClover from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
