What you'll do

Own and drive the transformation of FP&A into a scalable, insight-rich function anchored in our data warehouse and powered by AI.
Lead and develop a team of analysts, setting direction and turning them into trusted business partners across the organization.
Provide proactive, strategic partnership to GMs, department heads, and the CFO, driving decisions with data and analysis.
Manage end-to-end FP&A output, ensuring high-quality forecast, planning, and performance reporting.

People leader with credibility to earn trust across executives and department heads.

Comfort with data-driven environments and AI-enabled analytics.

Experience with data warehouses and AI-powered analytics; ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
