Responsibilities Lead and manage the frontend team: plan work, balance workload, and support engineers in solving complex technical and architectural challenges Design architectural solutions and contribute to the development of core application components. Work with brokerage integrations and external APIs, participating in the design and implementation of complex business workflows Conduct code reviews and establish, maintain, and promote engineering quality standards. Support team growth through regular 1:1 meetings, mentoring, and helping engineers develop both technically and professionally Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in cross-team technical discussions.
