Plurio

Head of Performance Marketing

World Remote

Description

Who we are

Plurio is an AI agent that automates media buying: the whole routine on Meta, Google, and TikTok for teams spending $300K–$15M a month, from the daily analysis and the optimization calls to the execution running directly in their ad accounts. Our agents already run $500M+/year in ad spend, and our customer base has grown 5× since our public release in March. We're going into hyperscale, onboarding new clients every month, and that's why we're growing the team Watch a five-minute demo.

Where we are now

We started with the agent itself, the chat and the first skills and rules that made the daily routine faster: checking accounts and delivery, moving budgets to the winners, killing losing creatives early, relaunching the ones worth another run. Now we automate the whole media buying. Here's the full picture:

- The agent. Every regular decision runs on the agent, on AI skills and deterministic rules, on the client's own logic and their full-funnel data. On thousands of ads at once, each decision weighs delayed conversions, creative burnout, testing and scaling thresholds, cooldown days, and data quality.

- A catalog of 100+ skills that automates the recurring decisions: anomaly detection, data validation, results analysis, creative testing, experiment planning, budget forecasting, scaling decisions, and action recommendations. These are the media buying best practices for each channel that grew into the catalog.

- A dedicated AI marketing engineer connects the client's data and ad accounts, loads their business context, and adapts all of this based on their playbook. The system that runs on their unique setup, their processes, their data, and their funnels, and allows their team to do more with less.

So the client's marketers stop managing media buying by hand. They set the strategy and define the goals, Plurio handles the rest, and every decision is made faster, which moves their business forward. Their attention goes into creative and strategy, and the goal we share with them is to win the competition.

The role

You lead a team of AI marketing engineers. Each one runs a client's media buying through the agent: connecting the data and ad accounts, setting the business context, and building the skills and rules the agent runs on. From there the agent runs the media buying end to end, improving the metrics with every cycle, at a speed and depth a standard media buying team can't match manually. You own three things:

The portfolio.

Your key metric is the marketing targets across the whole portfolio: clients hit them and keep growing, they see the value the agent brings, complete integration, and keep running their media buying on it.

The team.

You take on a team that's already running, and keep hiring as the portfolio grows. You onboard them as a process, run the one-on-ones, and control the quality of their work. You grow people against a grade ladder and own their level-ups. And you set priorities and balance load across the team as clients scale. We're planning for hyperscale, so you build the team system for it with mids, seniors, and team leads.

The system.

You build the system around how the AI marketing engineers work: onboarding clients, setting up the agent, and creating, adapting, and rolling out the skills and rules. You make all of it standard and repeatable. That's how our media buying methodology, the playbook we write, reaches every client and gets tested on their own data. And the best practices that prove out there flow back into the playbook, so every client is set up the same way, and what one engineer figures out reaches the whole team.

Who we're looking for

  • You come from the agency side and build systems that hold at scale. You ran media buying for top clients on $500K+/month performance marketing budgets, across different projects and segments, through strong user-acquisition teams of 10+. And you built the operating system under that team: onboarding as a process, standards for how the team works and how it's structured as the client base grows, how load is split across people, and how hiring, grades, and level-ups run.
  • You've owned a portfolio through your team. You were responsible for a full portfolio of clients through your team: retention, upsells, and account growth.
  • You know media buying because you've run it yourself. You ran channels and big budgets, deep enough to explain the methodology, judge the team's work, and hold the conversation with experienced Heads of User Acquisition and CMOs. You don't sit in the accounts day-to-day, but you're ready to work hands-on in the agent when it counts.
  • AI-native. You've already automated pieces of your own media buying: rules, scripts, or skills in Cursor / Claude, or over the platform API. And you know the value.
  • Client-facing strength. You can take the hard conversations with Heads of UA and CMOs when a client needs you at that level.
  • Cross-channel. You run media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other ad channels.
  • Strong English. Confident speaking and writing with English-speaking clients.

What you'll get

  • You join a team of top marketing and AI experts. Our team came from the biggest performance marketing agencies and from the ad platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Our founders, Seva Ustinov and Kirill Kasimskiy, built and scaled a digital marketing agency to 100+ people, then a full-funnel marketing analytics platform, and rebuilt their own team around AI agents.
  • You'll work closely with the strongest client teams on the market. They spend $300K–$15M a month and already run their media buying fully automated with Plurio. This is where performance marketing will be in a year, and you're building it first.
  • You build the AI-native performance marketing service. A new model where AI marketing engineers and agents deliver performance together with a strong methodology (this is how we think about methodology). The production you stand up is how a team of a few people delivers for dozens of businesses at once.
  • An AI-first company. Every function at Plurio runs on agents in one shared workspace: engineering, sales, ops, and customer projects. We walk you through how to use and build agents day-to-day, and how to put your expertise inside. Then you carry that shift to your clients.

Compensation and conditions

  • Compensation. On-target earnings of $120,000–180,000 per year, gross: a competitive base plus a performance bonus tied to your portfolio's results. Your exact base and target bonus are set in the offer, based on your experience.
  • Remote. You work remotely, based in CET or west toward the Americas, with overlap for client availability, including late-evening contact with US clients when needed.
  • Tools and infrastructure. We provide a laptop, software, and any other tools necessary for work, including any AI tools that help you: Cursor, Claude, and Codex plus our shared AI infrastructure are the baseline.
  • Education. We cover 50% of the costs of relevant educational activities.
  • Vacation. Two weeks twice a year, plus holidays.
  • Employment. Via a Deel contract.
