In this role, you will lead a Professional Services team of EHS and Vault Platform experts, driving Customer Success. - Building Modern Delivery Practices: Accelerating our 2030 Services Vision by enforcing prescriptive packaged solutions, automated tools, and standardized best practices
- Executing Cross-Functional Synergy: Partnering closely across the EHS Cross-Team (Strategy, Product Management, and Sales) to support Key Deals, ensure success on Key Projects (early adopters), and feed real-world project feedback back into core product design
- Establishing Long-Term Value: Building trusted executive relationships that transition customers seamlessly from initial go-live into a steady-state operating model
