Quality Control Specialist (Serbia)

Job description

Yango Group is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to help maintain high‑quality support for our ride‑hailing service. This role involves reviewing customer support interactions, providing feedback to agents, and helping ensure every user feels heard and valued. This is a remote position for candidates based in Serbia.

What you’ll do

• Reviewing support agent responses and evaluating their quality
• Providing feedback on reviewed cases and explaining the reasoning behind evaluations
• Analyzing performance issues and discussing improvement areas with agents who have low quality metrics
• Preparing reports on reviewed cases and documenting issues
• Suggesting improvements to make our support service more effective and deliver a better user experience

Who you are

• 6+ months of experience as a Quality Control Specialist, Support Specialist, or in a similar role
• Fluent Serbian and B2 or higher Russian language skills
• A personal laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection for remote work
• The ability to work collaboratively and support teammates
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally
