Crossing Hurdles is hiring a Talent Ops (HR Operations) Manager to run high-velocity onboarding and manage global talent pools supporting AI training and data operations. The role focuses on operational execution and customer success for enterprise clients across ongoing AI deployments.

• Run large-scale, high-velocity onboarding for distributed talent cohorts.
• Activate and manage global talent pools supporting AI training and data operations.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.
• Anticipate and resolve operational blockers with speed and clarity.
• Drive customer success outcomes across ongoing AI deployments.
• Track and report weekly performance metrics and milestones.

• Proven experience managing large-scale onboarding and distributed teams.
• Strong client communication and customer management skills.
• Ability to operate independently with a deep ownership mindset.
• Comfort leading 100+ contributors in remote environments.
• Data-driven approach with experience using dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Excellent written communication skills (clear, structured, direct).
