Litigation Paralegal

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is a global CPG company with the CELSIUS®, Alani Nu, and Rockstar® brands. The Litigation Paralegal supports the Legal Department by helping manage commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement matters, and pre-litigation disputes while coordinating closely with outside counsel.

• Maintain calendars, case trackers, and case files.
• Track budgets, invoices, deadlines, and outside counsel billing.
• Assist with insurance coverage matters.
• Assist with subpoenas, disputes, investigations, and litigation matters across all phases.
• Manage document collection and review, including eDiscovery.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on filings, discovery responses, and factual development.
• Draft, organize, and manage documents and files (e.g., subpoenas, discovery requests, and responses).
• Support witness preparation, deposition logistics, and trial exhibit preparation.
• Assist with responses to government inquiries, regulatory investigations, and subpoenas.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or innovation/commercialization within CPG (beverage preferred).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field.

• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects from ideation through commercialization.
• Expertise in Stage-Gate / new product development workflows and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of commercialization processes (packaging, QA/Regulatory checkpoints, production readiness).
• Strong communication skills across all levels; concise, clear, and action-oriented.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lead through influence and foster collaboration across teams.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to translate complex information into executive-level summaries.

Preferred:

• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• Experience developing/managing Stage-Gate or PMO frameworks in a high-growth CPG environment.
• Familiarity with beverage innovation processes (formulation, packaging, regulatory, supply chain).
