Senior Go Backend Engineer (Crypto / Low-Latency / Scraping)

Foundrr.lab is seeking a Senior Go Backend Engineer to build low-latency systems for the crypto industry. This remote, full-time role focuses on developing high-speed parsers, anti-bot protection systems, and trading bot infrastructure with autonomous project ownership.

• Build low-latency systems (<100ms) for crypto announcement monitoring
• Develop high-speed parsers for social media and exchanges
• Bypass Cloudflare and anti-bot protections at protocol level (not browser automation)
• Work with WebSocket, real-time streaming, and async pipelines
• Design proxy infrastructure, anti-ban, and rate-limit bypass systems
• Participate in development of trading bots and fintech tools

• Strong experience with Go (goroutines, channels, net/http, fasthttp)
• Proven experience building low-latency systems
• Real experience bypassing Cloudflare without Selenium/Playwright
• Deep understanding of concurrent and event-driven systems
• Experience with WebSocket and streaming APIs
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, TLS, handshakes, and fingerprinting
• Background in crypto, fintech, or scraping
• Nice to have: Trading bots, Twitter integration, latency benchmarks, Binance/OKX/Bybit APIs, reverse engineering skills

Format: Remote / Full-time / Long-term

Compensation Model: Fixed price per stage/project (no hourly, no salary)

Work Model: Long-term partnership with multiple parallel projects and high autonomy. Result-oriented, not hour-based.
