Product Designer

Pink Elephant builds and funds fast-growing ventures for safe access to psychedelics and progressive mental health care. We're seeking a Product Designer who owns the complete product experience—from initial interaction to long-term user habits. You'll create products that build meaningful user relationships while optimizing for conversion funnels and retention metrics.

• Define and protect a distinct visual and emotional brand identity
• Use AI-assisted code tools (v0, Cursor, Bolt) to build interactive prototypes and ship real UI
• Own the full design process from user insight to shipped product screens
• Design onboarding flows, paywalls, and activation funnels with measurable conversion lift
• Maintain a living design system component library that scales across products
• Conduct lightweight user research sessions and close feedback loops with design decisions

• Conversion-aware design expertise with understanding of funnels, drop-off, and subscription psychology
• Retention-first thinking focused on long-term user engagement (week 2, month 3 benchmarks)
• Fluency with AI-assisted vibe-coding tools to generate and iterate real UI code
• Strong design point of view with recognizable creative signature
• Mobile-first expertise with obsessive attention to gesture, scroll, and haptic affordance on iOS
• Async communication skills: ability to ship clear Loom walkthroughs and annotated Figma files
