Senior Business/System Analyst

N-iX is seeking a Senior Business/System Analyst to join a cross-functional Agile squad at a leading financial institution. You will work on developing a cutting-edge banking product aimed at delivering secure, scalable, and intuitive digital financial solutions for millions of users.

• Break down high-level business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development team
• Oversee the implementation of tasks and maintain quality control throughout the development lifecycle
• Facilitate communication between customers and the technical team at all stages
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation within Confluence
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and increased operational efficiency

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a System/Business Analyst at Senior-level proficiency
• Proven track record in the development and deployment of WEB and Mobile products
• Exceptional ability to gather, structure, and document complex business requirements
• Ability to lead and monitor tasks from initial requirement phase through final product launch
• Hands-on experience with BPMN and UML notations to map business processes and identify bottlenecks
• Practical experience in REST API design and solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience working with UI/UX designers, Backend/Frontend developers, QA, and DevOps engineers
• Experience working with non-functional requirements (scalability, security, performance)
