Recruiter Full-Cycle. International Recruitment Agency

Hanna Robulets Company is a growing international recruitment agency specializing in IT, executive search, marketing, and business support roles for clients in the US and Israel. We are seeking a strong full-cycle recruiter who is results-driven and wants to earn based on performance while managing a large portfolio of active vacancies.

• Manage 6-8 active vacancies simultaneously
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, direct search, and recruitment databases
• Conduct screening calls and interviews with candidates
• Prepare and present shortlists to clients
• Provide regular client updates on hiring progress
• Manage candidates through the complete recruitment cycle until offer acceptance
• Fully own assigned roles with independence and autonomy

• 2-4 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)
• Full-cycle recruitment experience required
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher
• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn expertise
• High level of independence and accountability
• Results-driven mindset and ability to close roles

Compensation: Base salary $400/month + 20% commission per successful placement + 5% bonus on 4th placement monthly. Expected OTE: $1,500-$2,000/month with 2-3 placements or $2,000-$3,000+/month with 3-4+ placements.
