Business Analyst

PIN-UP Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join their fast-growing team. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating comprehensive documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Interaction with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, consulting on opportunities and risks
• Analysis of elicited requirements and creation of requirements specifications (user stories, use cases)
• Creation and maintenance of documentation (BRD, requirements specifications, user manuals, maintenance manuals)
• Create and approve user stories in collaboration with project managers and technical specialists
• Presentation of user stories to the team, clarification of unclear points, and updates based on team discussions
• Facilitation of refinement sessions
• Interaction with QAs while preparing test cases and testing products
• Ownership and detailed understanding of product features and functions to identify new opportunities and threats
• Sharing knowledge and information across departments for advancement of approaches and technologies

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding complex business processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Requirements elicitation using interviews, workshops, observation, and document analysis
• Ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements
• Requirements documentation expertise (BRDs, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Process modeling knowledge (BPMN, UML)
• Strong understanding of UX/UI and gap analysis
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integration
• Ability to understand data structures and map data between systems
• Structured, process-oriented, and result-driven approach to problem-solving
