Trainee/Junior Full-Stack React/Node.js Developer

Ficus Technologies Inc is seeking a motivated Trainee/Junior Full-Stack React and Node.js developer to join their dynamic team. This position is ideal for candidates beginning their software development journey who want to gain practical experience with international projects while developing both frontend and backend engineering skills.

• Adapt solutions according to customer requirements
• Develop front-end applications using React.js
• Develop back-end applications using Node.js
• Follow a structured learning plan and continuously improve core competencies
• Participate in hands-on sessions and apply learned concepts to real project tasks
• Actively communicate with mentors and senior developers regarding progress and technical challenges

• Frontend development experience using React.js
• Experience with backend development and Node.js
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, NPM, Webpack, and Yarn
• Experience with Git version control
• Skills with reusable components and automated testing
• Understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
• Knowledge of web development paradigms including RESTful APIs, pub/sub, and security
• Experience building performant and scalable applications
• Good spoken English
• Experience with MongoDB is beneficial
