Summary

Jobgether is hiring a Project Manager (Healthcare Operations) for a partner company in the United States to support and optimize healthcare operations projects from conception to delivery. The role focuses on coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, and improving workflows while progressing toward full ownership of timelines and accountability within a mission-driven team using AI to improve home-health operations.

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative and meeting support by taking notes, circulating summaries, and maintaining trackers to ensure on-time task completion.
  • Assist with scheduling, inbox management, documentation, and upkeep of internal systems and workflows.
  • Manage basic team and client inquiries via email or chat and support onboarding and follow-up activities for projects.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and ownership across multiple teams using tools such as Notion, Slack, and Linear.
  • Prepare and share weekly status updates, summaries, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and create documentation to streamline healthcare operations projects.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or executive support (preferably in SaaS or healthcare environments).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly summarize discussions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to keep multiple projects on track.
  • Comfortable learning new systems, adapting to changing priorities, and using collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Google Workspace).
  • Coachable, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Nice to have:

    • Experience in healthtech, SaaS, or startup settings.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, dashboards, or project reporting.
    • Exposure to AI tools or healthcare workflow software.
