Chief Product Officer iGaming B2B (80%) / Fintech (20%)

NewGMedia is a profitable 10+ year iGaming group offering real B2B products with genuine users and revenue, featuring an in-house platform, PSP, and crypto wallet. This Chief Product Officer role combines 80% iGaming B2B platform leadership with 20% fintech responsibilities, requiring someone to define product strategy and resolve operational conflicts between stakeholders.

You will own group product strategy, drive growth and retention economics, lead international scaling, and manage the product organization across teams while partnering directly with the CEO without bureaucratic overhead.

• Establish clear rules and boundaries between B2C operator customization and B2B platform responsibility to eliminate recurring stakeholder conflicts
• Redesign platform capabilities to enable CRM team to execute segmentation strategies (high rollers, bonus hunters, casuals) without requiring constant dev team involvement
• Create aligned roadmaps balancing growth ambitions with technical capacity, negotiating between CEO vision and CTO constraints on architecture and priorities
• Own group product strategy including B2B iGaming platform, growth, retention, and monetization economics
• Lead international market launches and scaling initiatives
• Manage and grow product organization across Product, Dev, Design, and Growth teams
• Execute CEO vision into tangible product and business outcomes

• Current or previous experience as CPO, Head of Product, COO, or CEO in iGaming (mandatory)
• Fintech experience (highly valued)
• Strong expertise in lifecycle management, LTV, retention, and scaling metrics
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution ability
• Experience managing cross-functional product organizations
• Capability to navigate and resolve complex technical and business conflicts

Compensation: $10,000-$15,000 monthly + performance bonus
