Recruiter

Beast Industries (MrBeast) is a media and entertainment company building content, brands, and businesses at global scale. The Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting to hire high-impact talent across content, production, operations, and corporate teams. The role focuses on scaling hiring quickly without sacrificing quality, culture, or bar-raising standards.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and closing) across content, production, operations, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role success profiles and hiring plans beyond job descriptions.
• Run fast, focused hiring processes that balance speed with a high bar for talent.
• Close candidates by clearly communicating impact, ownership, growth, and role opportunity.
• Proactively source candidates from creative, operational, and non-traditional backgrounds.
• Build and maintain pipelines for roles blending creativity, execution, and leadership.
• Stay connected to creator/media/internet culture to identify emerging talent early.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers with market insights and candid feedback.
• Support timely, confident hiring decisions as priorities and roles evolve.
• Improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools to scale hiring.
• Introduce clarity and consistency while maintaining team velocity.
• Use data, pattern recognition, and judgment to continuously raise the hiring bar.

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferred: media, entertainment, tech, or high-growth startups).
• Proven track record hiring high performers in fast-moving, creative environments.
• Exceptional sourcing ability, including willingness to use unconventional approaches.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with evolving roles and fast-moving leadership teams.
• Strong talent judgment for culture and potential, not only resumes.
• Clear communication skills and strong candidate closing ability.
• Deep interest in creators, content, and internet culture.

• Location: Greenville, NC.

• Compensation: Total compensation (base + annual bonus) $130,000–$160,000/year + equity.
