Summary
Apple Services Marketing seeks a Creator Project Manager to support creator-led marketing initiatives within the Apple Creator Studio. The role focuses on managing operational and project management aspects of creator activations, ensuring efficient coordination between internal teams, external partners, and creators.
What you'll do
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for creator-led initiatives. Track project progress and identify risks, delays, or dependencies. Serve as central coordination point between internal teams, external partners, and creators. Support project budgeting by tracking expenses and financial reporting. Coordinate resources and deliverables for timely execution. Ensure creative and messaging deliverables align with brand guidelines. Maintain project documentation and status reports. Communicate project updates and changes regularly. Support creator coordination including scheduling, communication, and issue resolution.
Requirements
5+ years managing projects and workflows in creator and social marketing digital content environments. Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including internal teams, external vendors, and creators. Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets across concurrent projects. Proficiency with project management tools and systems. Experience developing and implementing project workflows to improve cross-functional efficiency. Preferred: Experience with creators/influencers on marketing initiatives, social campaign support on Instagram/TikTok, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities, cross-functional collaboration experience.
Conditions
Base pay range: $110,400-$168,500 annually (based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location).
