Studio tenpixls is a design and development agency focused on quality work that ships and performs. This Senior Digital Designer role involves owning the visual layer of websites, SaaS products, and landing pages, transforming strategic wireframes into thoughtfully designed UI while preserving information architecture.

• Transform wireframes into UI designs that maintain information architecture while delivering distinct visual solutions
• Analyze wireframes to understand visual weight, user flow, and hierarchy intent
• Develop visual systems with careful attention to typography, spacing, and pixel-level hierarchy
• Design across multiple project types: SaaS products, marketing websites, landing pages, and design systems
• Create component libraries and design systems
• Defend design decisions with reasoning and evidence
• Collaborate with clients, handling feedback professionally and pushing back with data when appropriate
• Work directly with founder, content strategist, and development team to ship designs to production

• Proven ability to develop a distinct visual voice and perspective
• Deep understanding of the difference between UX wireframing and UI design
• Strong grasp of information architecture, visual hierarchy, and user flow
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Portfolio demonstrating clear quality differentiation between best and weaker work
• Ability to document and explain design process from brief/wireframe to final design
• Portfolio with at least one project showing your approach to transforming wireframes
• Understanding of typography, spacing, and pixel-level design details

• Direct work with founder and small team with no management layers
• See your work go live from Figma to browser
• Focus on quality over busywork—no unnecessary workshops or lengthy research decks
