HR Business Partner

Adapty is a fast-growing SaaS company (top 5% in the industry) seeking an HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives. In this role, you'll design seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences, own performance management and compensation strategies, and drive culture initiatives that attract and retain top talent.

• Design and execute seamless onboarding and offboarding processes that create memorable experiences
• Own performance reviews, 360 feedback programs, and create real growth paths for employees
• Partner with Finance to design fair, transparent compensation and benefits structures
• Track and analyze HR metrics (retention, engagement, performance) and convert insights into actionable strategies
• Lead culture initiatives including offsites, hackathons, and team connection activities
• Help elevate Adapty's HR brand and attract top talent to the organization

• 4+ years of HR experience in fast-growth teams, preferably in SaaS or tech
• Expertise in designing and implementing onboarding and offboarding programs
• Strong proficiency with HR data, tools, and analytics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to build trust
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
• Passion for creating exceptional candidate and employee experiences
