Investment Analyst

LCN Capital Partners is a real estate private equity firm focused on corporate credit-driven commercial real estate sale-leaseback and build-to-suit investments. The Investment Analyst will support senior partners in originating, underwriting, structuring, closing, and managing investments to deploy capital across LCN’s funds.

• Perform corporate credit underwriting, including detailed financial analysis of tenant companies, their industries, business models, corporate structures, and relevant trends.
• Conduct real estate underwriting by researching assets, locations, property markets, and broader economic trends.
• Support negotiation and execution of investments with C-level management.
• Review transaction documentation such as letters of intent, loan agreements, leases, and development management agreements.
• Coordinate and ensure smooth transaction closings, including some post-closing work across North America and Europe.
• Assist with asset management of existing portfolio investments.
• Prepare investment models and settlement statements.

• Bachelor’s degree (or graduating Spring 2026).
• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Internship or professional experience in private equity, real estate acquisitions, or corporate financial analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, flexibility, and high autonomy.

• Based in New York City (headquarters office).
• Primary focus on North American Funds with opportunities to work on European Fund investments.
• Compensation includes base salary and discretionary performance-based annual bonus.
