Senior Backend Engineer

Tabby is a FinTech company creating financial freedom for over 15 million users through flexible payment solutions. We're seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to scale the systems behind Tabby's core products in a high-growth environment with a world-class remote engineering team.

• Build and scale high-impact backend systems supporting Tabby's core products
• Work on distributed systems and high-load architectures
• Integrate third-party APIs and contribute to product development
• Collaborate with a remote engineering team spread across 20+ countries
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with at least 2 years working with Golang
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems and high-load architectures
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and microservices architecture
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and contributing to product development
• Strong ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
