Summary
360 Synergy is seeking a NetSuite Technical Engineer to join their growing HVAC and field service business. This role focuses on solving complex technical issues, debugging customizations, and improving scripts and workflows in a production NetSuite environment. The ideal candidate will investigate problems independently and communicate technical solutions clearly in English.
What you'll do
- Investigate and fix complex NetSuite issues
- Debug existing SuiteScript customizations
- Improve workflows, scripts, and automations
- Propose and implement reliable technical solutions
- Work closely with technical leadership on important decisions
Requirements
- Strong NetSuite experience
- Strong SuiteScript and JavaScript skills
- Experience with debugging and improving existing code
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Advanced spoken English (mandatory)
- Nice to have: SuiteQL, Saved Searches, NetSuite integrations, ERP systems background, experience with operations or field-service businesses
