Summary
SpeedlineHub's client is an international IT company specializing in iGaming with 390+ professionals, founded in 2014 and expanding globally. The Senior Product Manager will lead product initiatives on a self-written platform, working with internal services and cross-functional teams. This role focuses on enhancing functionality, integrating third-party solutions, and driving competitive features in the iGaming B2B space.
What you'll do
- Act as product manager on self-written platform working with internal services
- Lead initiative team focused on multibrand direction with project managers and business owners
- Enhance current functionality of internal admin panels
- Integrate 3rd party solutions to extend platform offerings
- Set standards for ownership and accountability within the team
- Create new competitive features for the platform
- Work closely with stakeholders, design and tech leads for consistent delivery
- Integrate effort, risk, and maintenance costs into roadmap planning
- Interpret product and user data to identify patterns and insights
- Drive discovery process and translate insights into prioritized product goals
- Collaborate with Research team on success metrics and experiments
- Optimize processes to improve delivery and increase velocity
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in iGaming (B2B platform preferably)
- Experience with JIRA and Tableau or similar tools
- Strong ability to define and communicate product requirements across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in making decisions based on metrics and market insights
- Confidence communicating with C-level management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while aligning with business goals
- Optional: Figma experience

Schedule & Location: Hybrid format based in Portugal office, flexible to discuss other European locations for the right candidate.
