Personal Assistant $60/hr Remote

Crossing Hurdles is hiring a contract Concierge/Personal Assistant to support AI research by creating realistic concierge workflows and scenarios. The role focuses on designing occupation-specific questions and refining task content to improve AI understanding of concierge services and decision-making.

• Design occupation-specific questions based on real-world concierge workflows
• Create realistic hospitality and guest-service scenarios using domain expertise
• Contribute expertise to improve AI understanding of concierge services and decision-making
• Review and refine task content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance
• Collaborate asynchronously with researchers through structured written input

• Strong experience working as a concierge
• Strong experience delivering high-quality guest services and handling complex requests
• Ability to translate job-specific knowledge into clear, structured questions
• High attention to detail and service accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

• Hourly contract
• Compensation: $45–$60 per hour
