Blogger UGC Creator Partnerships

PocketGuard is a leading personal finance management app featured in top publications including Forbes, Yahoo Finance, and CNBC. This role focuses on identifying and building relationships with bloggers, UGC creators, and micro-influencers in the personal finance and lifestyle space to create engaging content partnerships.

• Proactively search for and identify bloggers, UGC creators, and micro-influencers in the personal finance and lifestyle space
• Reach out, build relationships, and negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, usage rights, and fees
• Brief creators on brand tone, campaign goals, and content formats
• Review and approve content before it goes live
• Build and maintain an ongoing network of creator partners
• Track partnership performance and refine the creator mix based on results

• Proven experience creating and growing a YouTube channel with portfolio links
• Comfortable and confident on camera with natural, engaging, and authentic presence
• Hands-on experience with filming and editing
• Experience working with bloggers or UGC creators including outreach and negotiation
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and platform algorithm
• Excellent written and spoken English (US) with strong natural tone-of-voice
• Cultural fluency in US trends, memes, platform dynamics, and what resonates with audiences
• Proficiency with tools: YouTube Studio, CapCut, Canva, native analytics
• Nice to have: Personal finance or fintech content experience, existing creator network, UGC platform familiarity, TikTok and Instagram Reels experience

This is a hands-on role requiring direct content creation involvement. Not suitable for someone who only plans content without creating it, needs a full production team, or prefers strategy-only oversight positions.
