UI UX Designer

Milla Nova is a world-renowned brand specializing in elite wedding dress design and production with a strong global presence. The UI/UX Designer role combines user research, interface design, and product analytics to enhance the e-commerce customer experience. This position requires expertise in design tools, user testing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation in digital product development.

• Product Research: Gather and analyze business goals and user needs from brides, distributors, and dealers; create user flows
• UI/UX Design: Design information architecture and user flows; create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma; develop and maintain the Milla Nova Design Language design system
• Product Analytics & Testing: Plan usability tests and A/B experiments; process metrics using GA4, Hotjar, and Amplitude; interpret data and implement improvements in sprints
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product owner, product designer, marketing team, and developers (React, Nest, Supabase); present solutions to stakeholders including C-level executives and partners

• Proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, Components, and Design Tokens
• Practical experience in UX research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability tests)
• Mobile-first approach with knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
• Expertise in responsive and adaptive design
• Understanding of e-commerce and product design workflows
