Senior/Lead QA Python + Manual

Luxoft is seeking a Senior/Lead QA professional for a top automotive client with projects focused on testing and emulation tools for IVI systems. The role involves a 70/30 split between automation and manual testing, with teams based in Detroit and remote in Ukraine.

• Perform 70% automation testing and 30% manual testing
• Actively contribute to and evolve existing Python automation framework
• Work with protocols including CAN, gRPC, and TCP
• Handle hardware flashing and embedded environment interaction
• Develop and maintain automation strategy for new features with high coverage for complex automotive use cases
• Build reports and analytics to visualize test results and hardware stability metrics
• Utilize GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines
• Manage Linux environments and CLI operations

• Advanced Python proficiency to evolve and maintain automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with CAN, gRPC, and TCP protocols
• Automotive industry experience
• Expertise in hardware flashing and embedded systems interaction
• Linux knowledge and CLI proficiency
• Experience with GitHub Actions
• English B2 Upper Intermediate level or higher

Split team structure: part based in Detroit, part remote in Ukraine. Role involves working on embedded automation projects with complex automotive use cases.
