Product Designer
Summary
Cint is seeking an experienced, SaaS product-savvy Product Designer to join its growing Product Design team. The role focuses on shaping customer experiences across Cint’s suite of products by delivering high-quality, timely design work and advocating for exceptional design. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive user-centered solutions from discovery through delivery.
What you'll do
Champion exceptional user experience solutions across the Cint product suite, balancing customer needs, business goals, and market context.
Conduct user testing and user interviews to uncover unmet needs, generate insights, and drive innovation.
Ideate on strategic design solutions with designers, stakeholders, and partners.
Create high-quality design artifacts such as user requirements, personas, storyboards, workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity visual comps, and prototypes.
Translate complex systems into simple UI concepts through strong storytelling and rapid prototyping.
Validate design solutions via customer user tests.
Document design thinking, findings, and proposals; communicate effectively to product teams and leadership.
Apply and contribute to the shared design system to ensure visual consistency and design efficiency.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including designers, researchers, writers, strategists, product and engineering leads, and developers.
Partner with Engineering to bring user-centered design solutions to market.
Requirements
Strong experience in Product Design or UX design, preferably on complex, technical B2B SaaS products.
Demonstrated visual design ability to solve complex user problems with intuitive interfaces.
In-depth knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native apps.
Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
Expertise with modern design and collaboration tools, specifically Figma (Figma variables and auto-layout as a plus).
Experience working with and contributing to design systems or component libraries.
Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers.
Confidence presenting work; openness to feedback and direction; ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.
Experience testing prototypes and iterating based on learnings.
Conditions
