Product Designer

Summary

Cint is seeking an experienced, SaaS product-savvy Product Designer to join its growing Product Design team. The role focuses on shaping customer experiences across Cint’s suite of products by delivering high-quality, timely design work and advocating for exceptional design. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive user-centered solutions from discovery through delivery.

What you'll do

  • Champion exceptional user experience solutions across the Cint product suite, balancing customer needs, business goals, and market context.

  • Conduct user testing and user interviews to uncover unmet needs, generate insights, and drive innovation.

  • Ideate on strategic design solutions with designers, stakeholders, and partners.

  • Create high-quality design artifacts such as user requirements, personas, storyboards, workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity visual comps, and prototypes.

  • Translate complex systems into simple UI concepts through strong storytelling and rapid prototyping.

  • Validate design solutions via customer user tests.

  • Document design thinking, findings, and proposals; communicate effectively to product teams and leadership.

  • Apply and contribute to the shared design system to ensure visual consistency and design efficiency.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including designers, researchers, writers, strategists, product and engineering leads, and developers.

  • Partner with Engineering to bring user-centered design solutions to market.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Product Design or UX design, preferably on complex, technical B2B SaaS products.

  • Demonstrated visual design ability to solve complex user problems with intuitive interfaces.

  • In-depth knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native apps.

  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.

  • Expertise with modern design and collaboration tools, specifically Figma (Figma variables and auto-layout as a plus).

  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems or component libraries.

  • Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers.

  • Confidence presenting work; openness to feedback and direction; ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.

  • Experience testing prototypes and iterating based on learnings.
