Senior Administration Recruiter (non tech)

Uklon is an IT company developing a leading ride-hailing service expanding into new countries and markets. This Senior Administration Recruiter role focuses on non-tech recruitment with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, building sourcing strategies, and ensuring timely hiring for administration positions across Ukraine and other regions.

• Ensure high-quality and timely recruitment in the Administration Direction across Ukraine and other countries
• Execute full-cycle recruiting process using both standard and non-standard recruitment methods
• Provide high-level service at all stages of the recruitment process
• Determine optimal search strategies and develop effective recruitment funnels with relevant candidates
• Build and establish business contacts to attract top experts
• Maintain ATS system promptly and with high quality
• Research and analyze labor markets
• Participate in projects to increase staff loyalty and internal corporate initiatives
• Contribute to employer brand development in the labor market

• 5+ years of experience recruiting non-tech specialists
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment processes with high quality standards
• High-level communication skills
• Ability to build effective search strategies and recruitment funnels
• Mastery of standard and non-standard sourcing tools and resources
• Proficiency in various interview techniques
• Strong negotiation skills
• Successful experience closing niche and complex vacancies
• Experience working with different markets (Ukraine, Europe, Caucasus countries preferred)
• Result orientation and analytical skills
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Work Schedule: Flexible hours with core business hours 11:00 AM - 04:00 PM
