Graphic Designer | $70 Remote

Crossing Hurdles is hiring Visual Designers / Creative Technologists on a long-term hourly contract to work remotely. The role focuses on evaluating AI-generated visual and multimodal design outputs and improving AI-driven design workflows. You will collaborate asynchronously with other designers to refine experimental design pipelines using frontier AI models.

• Critique and evaluate AI-generated visual and multi-modal design outputs.
• Experiment with and shape AI workflows for graphic, UI, and immersive design.
• Collaborate asynchronously with multidisciplinary designers on creative processes.
• Craft, review, and refine experimental design pipelines using frontier AI models.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of visual design workflows.

• Professional experience in visual design, graphic design, or UI/UX.
• Strong portfolio in digital, visual, or immersive design.
• Experience using generative AI tools for creative or design workflows.
• Proficiency with creative coding or design technologies.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
