Business Analyst (Junior / Trainee)

Webmagic is seeking a Junior/Trainee Business Analyst to support the BA team in documenting requirements and maintaining project information. You will work under the guidance of an experienced BA who will provide mentorship and help you grow your career in a structured, supportive environment.

• Document requirements and project information clearly and accurately
• Communicate with the internal team to clarify and confirm requirements
• Help maintain specifications, flow diagrams, and other project documentation
• Support the BA team in organizing and updating project tasks
• Assist in preparing reports and structured notes for the team

• Strong attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
• Self-organization and willingness to learn quickly
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (preferred)
• Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, Google Docs, or Notion (nice-to-have)
