Program Manager, Growth

Summary

LinkedIn is building a scalable global contributor ecosystem to deliver high-quality data annotation capacity for mission-critical AI/ML initiatives. The Program Manager, Growth will grow and manage a pre-vetted pool of annotation contributors and optimize sourcing, matching, and onboarding workflows. The role focuses on meeting tight launch SLAs while improving funnel performance, quality, and throughput via metrics and cross-functional partnership.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain a global pool of pre-vetted annotation talent across domains, languages, and regional coverage needs.
  • Design and run proactive sourcing, referral, and engagement programs to keep contributor pipelines warm and launch-ready.
  • Monitor expertise coverage maps and close coverage gaps to reduce ramp latency across regions and time zones.
  • Manage responsible scaling by overseeing compliance, quality, and surge capacity using crowdsourcing best practices.
  • Vet and close annotation talent via interviews.
  • Accelerate matching and onboarding to meet rapid launch SLAs (often 24–72 hours) using clear checklists and process rigor.
  • Partner with Product to improve matching workflows and contributor visibility signals (e.g., skills, quality history).
  • Instrument and optimize the funnel using high-volume recruiting metrics to improve throughput and quality.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience, including high-volume pipelines (contractor/crowd and/or global markets).
  • Proven ability to source and engage specialized, large-scale talent pools across multiple geographies and languages.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Preferred:

    • Experience in growth/community building or marketplace operations; familiarity with gig-based contributor ecosystems.
    • Familiarity with annotation/HITL operations (plus).
    • Exposure to vendor/contractor management and rapid global scaling for data labeling programs.
    • Cross-functional program management with product, engineering, and operations teams.
    • Spanish proficiency (verbal and written).

Conditions

  • Location options: San Francisco, Mountain View, New York, or remote.

  • Work model: remote or hybrid; hybrid includes both home and LinkedIn office on select days based on business needs.

  • Compensation: pay range $114,000–$187,000 annually; total compensation may include annual bonus, stock, and benefits.
