Recruiter

YETI is hiring a Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting for director-level and below roles across multiple business functions. The role focuses on delivering high-quality hires through strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and strong partnerships with hiring managers while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Manage the full recruiting life cycle from intake sessions through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage candidates using modern sourcing tools and techniques.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with business needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely data in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
• Provide proactive communication and timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
• Monitor market trends and talent pools to refine sourcing strategies.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

• >5 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
