Junior IT Researcher

Larch Networks is a leader in network solutions since 2009, specializing in software and hardware for network equipment. This Junior IT Researcher role focuses on active candidate sourcing, initial communication, and recruitment support to build a strong candidate pool for technical positions.

• Active candidate sourcing on LinkedIn using Boolean search, X-ray, filters, and other sourcing techniques
• Search for specialists in Embedded, C, QA Automation, and other technical roles
• Write cold outreach messages and manage communication until handing candidates to recruiters
• Build candidate interest in company vacancies and track feedback and statuses
• Build and maintain candidate database in PeopleForce
• Support long-term relationships with candidates
• Pass relevant candidates to recruiters and create shortlists
• Participate in improving job descriptions and outreach messages
• Collect analytics on responses and conversion rates

• Required: Completed IT recruiting or sourcing courses
• Knowledge of Boolean search
• Basic understanding of IT roles and terminology
• Confident LinkedIn usage
• Strong written communication skills
• High attention to detail and responsibility
• Readiness for consistent daily sourcing work
• Nice to have: 3+ months of sourcing experience
• English level B1
• Desire to grow into an IT Recruiter role

Format: Full-time, fully remote with location requirement in Kyiv for occasional office visits
