Loan Processing Specialist

oneroof.solutions is seeking a Loan Processing Specialist to join UnrealFi as a Loan Processor Assistant. This full-time role involves receiving and completing loan processing tasks, including ordering documents, requesting insurance information, and managing communication with loan processors and vendors.

• Receiving tasks from Loan Processors throughout the loan processing cycle
• Completing assigned tasks such as ordering Title Commitment from Title companies, requesting HOI from insurance agents, finding contacts, and disclosing loans using the lender portal
• Communicating status updates and following up on requests via email
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation for task completion

• B2-C1 English proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Adobe experience
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Slack proficiency (preferred)
• Prior customer support experience, especially in the US market (preferred)

Schedule: Full-time with somewhat flexible scheduling; most tasks received in US Central Standard Time (CST) timezone

Location: Remote (timezone flexible but CST-based work)
