Summary

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership to ensure efficient communication, scheduling, and smooth operation of the executive office.

What you'll do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership as a trusted partner.

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle logistics for internal and external events.

  • Identify and prioritize time-sensitive matters to ensure executives are prepared for meetings and appointments.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; screen, direct, and respond to inquiries professionally.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports to meet accuracy and company standards.

  • Assist with materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and strategic initiatives.

  • Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support decision-making.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to improve communication and coordinate projects.

  • Anticipate needs and drive process improvements to streamline administrative work and increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Experience supporting C-level executives.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple tasks.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency with productivity tools including Google Suite.

  • Demonstrated sound judgment, confidentiality, and handling of sensitive information.

  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse individuals.
