Summary
Ping Identity is a cloud identity and access management company focused on secure and seamless digital experiences. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership to ensure efficient communication, scheduling, and smooth operation of the executive office.
What you'll do
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership as a trusted partner.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle logistics for internal and external events.
Identify and prioritize time-sensitive matters to ensure executives are prepared for meetings and appointments.
Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; screen, direct, and respond to inquiries professionally.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports to meet accuracy and company standards.
Assist with materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support decision-making.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to improve communication and coordinate projects.
Anticipate needs and drive process improvements to streamline administrative work and increase efficiency.
Requirements
5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Experience supporting C-level executives.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple tasks.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with productivity tools including Google Suite.
Demonstrated sound judgment, confidentiality, and handling of sensitive information.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse individuals.
