People Experience and Internal Communications Manager

Simply Contact is seeking a People Experience and Internal Communications Manager to develop internal communications strategies, drive employee engagement, and coordinate benefits programs. The role focuses on maintaining an active information environment, strengthening corporate culture, and ensuring positive employee experience through effective communications and accessible corporate programs.

• Administer and develop internal communication channels (Slack, PeopleForce, corporate email, internal portal) including communication planning, news preparation, announcements, digests, and moderation
• Create clear and engaging content with regularity and relevance for internal communications
• Organize and coordinate internal events, contests, challenges, and engagement activities both online and offline; support employee recognition programs
• Contribute to positive employee experience across different company locations
• Administer benefits programs: coordinate usage, consult employees, interact with providers, monitor utilization, and collect feedback
• Prepare communications and materials related to wellbeing initiatives and new/updated benefits
• Support internal employer brand by preparing company life content, working with employee stories, and collaborating with Marketing and Recruitment teams
• Cooperate with People Partners and team managers to launch HR and business initiatives

• At least 2 years of experience in internal communications, HR, employer branding, or corporate activities organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in organizing internal events or engagement initiatives
• Ability to work with large and distributed teams
• Skills in preparing presentations and informational materials
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Remote or distributed team environment. Responsibilities include coordination across multiple company locations.
