Summary
Binariks is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer with Java and EPIC integration expertise to implement integration solutions for a UK-based AI company specializing in clinical decision support technologies. The role involves building APIs that integrate clinical knowledge into digital formats to improve patient care and treatment cost-effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Build and develop integration APIs
- Deploy and manage applications within AWS infrastructure
- Collaborate with development teams and project stakeholders
- Maintain high code quality and thorough documentation
- Implement EPIC EHR integrations and healthcare data workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Java
- Spring Boot experience
- Experience building integration APIs and REST APIs
- Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and webhooks
- AWS cloud services skills (API management, messaging, queues)
- Experience with EPIC EHR APIs
- Experience with EHR, HAPI (FHIR & HL7 v2)
- Experience with FHIR API and CDS Hooks
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
