Senior Manager/Director of FP&A

Solomon Page is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of FP&A for an onsite role in Dallas. This position will lead forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making and drive growth and profitability.

• Develop and manage short- and long-term forecasts and build financial models that connect operational drivers to business performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to run scenario analyses and support decisions that drive growth and profitability.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, explain performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Own and enhance reporting across financial and operational metrics for visibility across regions, channels, and segments.
• Oversee FP&A systems and tools; ensure models are accurate, scalable, and continuously improved; partner with data teams to strengthen reporting processes.
• Prepare executive and board-level presentations linking financial results to underlying business drivers.
• Establish standards for forecasting, modeling, and reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy, and credibility.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing decision-making and driving accountability and continuous improvement.

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles (ideally in a multi-unit or consumer-focused business).

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced analytical problem-solving skills.

• Experience with FP&A systems (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion, or similar tools).

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations.

• Confident communicator able to engage senior leaders and challenge assumptions thoughtfully.

• Experience preparing materials for executive leadership, board meetings, or investors.

• Onsite position in Dallas, TX.

• Salary range listed: $160,000 - $180,000 per year (converted to an estimated monthly USD value).
