Summary
Google is hiring a Recruiter for Platforms and Devices to help build teams across a unique intersection of hardware, software, and AI. The role guides candidates through the hiring process, partners with hiring leaders, and uses data and analytics to improve recruiting outcomes.
What you'll do
Partner with leaders across multiple client groups (e.g., Android Ecosystem and Chrome, Devices and Services, Apps, Information and Research, Photos/Google One, SREs, Commercial and Strategy Operations).
Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake and market mapping to offer negotiation and closing.
Execute advanced sourcing and creative recruiting strategies for specialized areas (e.g., hardware and silicon engineering, kernel development, AI/ML software engineering).
Use recruiting metrics and analytics to identify trends, optimize hiring health, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications
3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.
2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications
4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting within a hardware or software engineering environment.
3 years of experience negotiating complex compensation packages in a competitive tech talent market.
Ability to act as a strategic talent advisor, build strong partnerships, and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent accountability, work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Conditions
Full-time role; not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.
Work location preference available among: Atlanta, Chicago, Mountain View, New York, Seattle.

Compensation note: posted base salary range is annual and excludes bonus, equity, and benefits.
