Lead Generation Specialist (Game Projects / iGaming)

OnePlusOne Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to source and attract clients for game projects including iGaming, mini-games, and branded games. This is a specialized role requiring proven expertise in the game development space, not a generalist position.

• Source and attract clients for iGaming and casino mini-games, Telegram mini-games, and branded/promotional games
• Use proven channels, platforms, and sources to generate leads
• Identify and qualify potential clients based on needs, budget, and scope
• Initiate and manage first-touch communication with leads
• Bring relevant, high-quality opportunities with focus on quality over volume
• Maintain a structured pipeline and basic reporting
• Collaborate with the team on positioning and priorities

• Proven experience in lead generation specifically for game-related projects
• Clear understanding of where game clients come from
• Existing working channels and sources for lead generation (must-have)
• Experience with outreach, negotiation, and early-stage communication
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
• Strong English proficiency (B2+/C1 level)
• Structured and result-driven mindset
• Mid+ to Senior level specialist (not a beginner role)

Format: Remote, Part-time

Compensation: Hourly or result-based (discussed individually)
