Summary

SBH Fashion is a $100M+ wholesale business growing at 40% YoY seeking a Director of People & Talent to lead recruiting and HR functions. This hands-on role focuses on building a strong pipeline of top talent, managing HR operations, and driving employee engagement and culture initiatives.

What you'll do

Lead full-cycle recruiting across sales, operations, design, and leadership roles. Source and close senior hires with wholesale network understanding. Own employer branding, job postings, and talent pipeline management. Manage onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, benefits, and attendance tracking. Create lightweight but effective policies including handbook, performance reviews, and work-from-home guidelines. Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives. Act as a bridge between leadership and employees for organizational communication.

Requirements

5+ years in HR/recruiting with wholesale or fashion experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in senior-level hiring. Strong organizational skills with ability to build processes from scratch. Balanced, professional, polished yet approachable style. Prior management experience a plus.

Conditions

Salary: $130,000 + Bonus. Role is hands-on and full-cycle recruiting focused.
