What you'll do
- Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies aligned with business objectives and operational needs
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and retention initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Promote a positive culture through engagement, accountability, and leadership practices
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify risks and recommend actionable solutions
- Lead change management initiatives with effective communication and stakeholder alignment
- Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and performance management processes
- Support hiring and selection for hourly and salaried roles to ensure fair and compliant practices
- Manage and contribute to cross-functional projects improving HR operations and employee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and using data analytics for decision-making
- Experience linking HR strategy to business outcomes and financial performance
- Knowledge of employee relations practices, labor environments, and workforce management in operational settings
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours as required
