SMM Manager (Headway)

Headway Inc is a global EdTech company revolutionizing lifelong learning with digital products for over 150 million users. The role is to serve as a Senior SMM Manager, promoting the Headway brand on social media and building a community around self-growth learning.

• Analyse competitors and create SMM strategy
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages
• Develop pages on Quora, Pinterest, Reddit
• Implement content plan together with copywriter and designer
• Conduct brainstorming sessions
• Review and approve final content with product team
• Build network of creators and implement craft video content with contractors
• Analyse performance of social platforms and prepare monthly reports

• 1+ year of experience as SMM Manager in IT product or digital agency
• Working knowledge of analytics, marketing funnels, and metrics (ER, ERR, ROI)
• Project management skills
• Following innovations in social media
• Ability to generate ideas and analyse content through marketing goals prism
• Sharing team values (SELECT)

Schedule: Full-time position with hybrid remote option - decide between office, remote, or combined work
