Summary
Storable is a fully distributed company building an integrated platform for specialty real estate property management, including software, marketplace listings, CRM, insurance, and payments. The Enterprise Implementation Project Coordinator supports successful enterprise customer implementations by coordinating projects, communicating with customers, and driving execution rigor across complex multi-product engagements. This role reports to the Implementation Manager, Storage and ensures clear visibility, alignment, and on-time delivery for enterprise stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and support enterprise customer kickoff calls, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Present project scope, timelines, roles, and next steps during kickoff and status meetings.
- Deliver weekly implementation updates for enterprise customers, communicating status, risks, and next steps.
- Own day-to-day Rocketlane project coordination for enterprise implementations.
- Maintain accurate task assignments, timelines, dependencies, and milestones; keep Rocketlane current for internal and customer transparency.
- Proactively identify risks, delays, and blockers and coordinate follow-up with appropriate teams.
- Act as a coordination point for payments-related workflows across Easy Payments, Sitelink, and Edge.
- Track underwriting, documentation, and activation milestones to support timely payments go-lives.
- Partner with Implementation, Payments, and Customer Success teams to reduce delays and rework.
- Coordinate across Implementation, Payments, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and clear ownership.
- Maintain project documentation, notes, and decision logs.
- Contribute to templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for enterprise implementations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, implementation support, customer operations, or higher-tier customer support.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-product, or enterprise-level customers (preferred).
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including leading customer kickoff calls and presenting project updates to customer and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and written communication skills.
- Experience using Rocketlane or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Must reside in an eligible U.S. state where the company is registered for employment.
