Senior Full-Stack Developer/Technical Lead

Demigos is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer/Technical Lead to spearhead a ground-up redesign of a real estate booking website. You will serve as the technical architect and primary driving force, responsible for designing system architecture, leading core development, and guiding the engineering team to success on this highly interactive, API-integrated project.

• Spearhead the project's technical vision and design system architecture from the ground up, making critical decisions regarding data flow, security, and scalability
• Actively develop the solution by writing foundational code, building complex Next.js features, and establishing core patterns for the team
• Serve as the technical cornerstone by streamlining development processes, removing technical blockers, conducting code reviews, and mentoring mid-level developers
• Drive integration of complex third-party APIs and manage Supabase and Vercel infrastructure for seamless data synchronization, secure authentication, and high availability
• Champion the use of modern AI-powered tools to accelerate development and establish best practices for AI-assisted workflows

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
• Proven track record as a Technical Architect or Team Lead on similar or larger-scale projects
• Deep expertise in Next.js as a full-stack framework
• Strong hands-on experience with Supabase and deploying/managing apps via Vercel
• Deep experience integrating and managing complex third-party APIs
• Strong experience using modern AI code generation tools in production environments
• DevOps experience preferred (DigitalOcean, AWS, Github Actions, Docker)
