SEO Outreach Specialist

Summary

EverHelp, part of the Genesis ecosystem, is a rapidly growing outsourcing support services company with 82% yearly growth. We are seeking a proactive SEO Outreach Specialist to build high-quality backlinks, drive brand authority in US and EU markets, and strengthen our presence in organic and AI-driven search results.

What you'll do

  • Lead full-cycle link acquisition strategy, securing high-quality backlinks from authoritative domains to drive sustainable Domain Rating (DR) growth
  • Increase brand visibility in AI-generated search results by earning citations from sources prioritized by Large Language Models
  • Develop and execute crowd marketing initiatives, managing organic brand advocacy within relevant niche communities and forums
  • Create, pitch, and place strategic guest posts to strengthen topical authority and expand referral traffic
  • Support international expansion through blog localization, including keyword research, content adaptation, and on-page optimization for target markets

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a digital product or service company (SEO / Outreach / Link Building)
  • B2+ level of written and spoken English
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
  • Experience with advanced search operators and prospecting
  • Hands-on experience with guest posting, niche edits/link insertions, broken link building, and ABC exchanges
  • Strong negotiation skills, ownership, critical thinking, and openness to feedback
  • Nice to have: Digital PR and media outreach experience, proofreading skills, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) knowledge
