UX/UI Designer

Cre8 Team is a UX/UI design studio with over 5 years of experience seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join their growing team. The role involves designing effective user interfaces for mobile and web applications, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce projects for clients globally.

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce projects
• Collaborate with clients through brainstorming sessions and design strategy discussions
• Conduct user research, analytics exploration, and user testing
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma
• Work with design components, variants, variables, auto-layouts, and plugins
• Participate in design process from discovery through delivery

• Minimum 1 year of proven UX/UI design experience in an IT company (design studio, development company, or product company)
• Commercial experience with web and mobile apps, SaaS platforms, LMS, and/or e-commerce projects
• Portfolio with real commercial projects (Figma source files required)
• Strong understanding of design best practices and principles
• Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, variables, auto-layouts, plugins, prototyping)
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (Advanced/Fluent preferred)
• Self-organization, result-orientation, self-motivation, and proactivity
• Passion for learning and continuous self-improvement
• Nice to have: User Research, JTBD, CJM, user testing experience; AI prototyping tools knowledge; experience with AI, sport, crypto, financial, or medical projects
